Sydney and Samson’s story began in 2020 shortly after they each moved to Memphis, TN to begin medical school. They would spend countless hours studying together and quickly became each other’s best friend.

Their time outside of studying was spent getting to know each other while taking Sydney’s dog, Piper, for walks along the Mississippi River or cooking meals together almost every night. Their relationship continued to develop over the years and by 2024 they had graduated medical school and successfully navigated the couple’s match together, being fortunate enough to end up at the University of Tennessee in Sydney's hometown of Knoxville.

Not long after, their relationship reached another major milestone when Samson proposed while they were on a trip visiting his hometown in Minnesota. Now, looking forward to a lifetime of love, friendship, and new adventures, they can’t wait to celebrate the beginning of the next chapter with all of their closest friends and family.
